Having unveiled The Chemical Brothers as their first headliners for 2019 last week, All Points East is back with its second round of names for next year.
Playing his biggest headline show yet, Bon Iver will head to Victoria Park on Sunday, June 2nd to close the second year of All Points East. Joined by Mac Demarco, First Aid Kit, John Grant, Tallest Man On Earth, Julien Baker, Snail Mail and KOKOKO, the festival will the group – headed up by Justing Vernon, take over London’s Victoria Park for what is set to be a stunning headline show.
Taking place in East London’s Victoria Park, last year’s inaugural All Points East saw the xx, LCD Soundsystem, The National, Bjork, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds headline the festival across the two weekends. With hundreds more names yet to come for 2019’s edition, we’re sure this will be one to rival last year.
Setting up shops for 10 days in Victoria Park, the festival will see six days of music, with the site opening up during the week with a programme filled with events, talks, screenings and more free for the local community to enjoy. The festival will also look to promote the local economy by engaging local businesses to provide drinks, promotional materials and merchandise.
