Baby Boys announce debut album and share new track, ‘Gone’

Announcing their debut album, Baby Boys have unveiled their latest track “Gone”.

Marking the first time Baby Boys were allowed free reign in a professional, their ten-track debut, Threesome, is out on March 12th via Transgressive Records.

Their latest track ‘Gone’ is a distillation of the trio’s vision for their debut, a coalescence of disparate parts, a zig-zag of the irreverent and the cerebral, unified by deft, maximalist production that showcases the freedom of Baby Boys’ ‘Don’t let ‘em take your fun!’ attitude.

Speaking about the song, Caleb Hinz says: “This song is all about not getting caught up in the game. It’s not worth it to kill yourself over winning. Ambition can get the best of us and we are no strangers to that as people.”

Made up of Caleb Hinz, Jake Luppen, and Nathan Stocker, Baby Boys’ debut sees the band break out for themselves, after months locked up in Minneapolis, building on already released tracks, ‘Cannonball’ and ‘Duke & The Cash’.

Tanya Villano, the owner of the farm seen in the ‘Gone’ video, adds, “We loved having Baby Boys out at the Villano homestead! No cows, goats, pigs, hens or pups were harmed when shooting the video. They loved gettin’ down with their new friends and totally soaked up all the love, treats and pats!”

Threesome is available to pre-order now on limited edition vinyl, cassette and digital here.
