Having teased their latest offcut over the past few days, the British four-piece unveiled the first offering from their yet to be announced third album. Premiering ‘Quarter Past Midnight’ on BBC Radio 1, lead singer Dan Smith described the process of recording the song and album “the first time we stopped and made a record in one place. I know it sounds ridiculous but for us it was such a massive novelty”
With more details of bastille’s yet to be named third album to be announced in the near future, for now, we’ll have to make do with ‘Quarter Past Midnight’.
