One year on from the release of their debut single ‘Taking You With Me’, Blanketman have dropped their debut EP.
National Trust – produced by Luke Smith (Foals, LIFE) – has gone on to spawn a string of much-loved singles, including the urgent ‘Beach Body’, the wonky and wordy ‘Harold‘, as well as their grass-is-always-greener banger “Leave The South”.
Earlier this week we caught up with Blanketman’s frontman Adam Hopper to talk through the band’s debut EP, writing music in the middle of a pandemic, and becoming a cat dad. You can read the full feature here.
Alongside the new EP are a new tun of tour dates this August. Kicking off at Birmingham’s Sunflower Lounge, the tour will see the band hit Brixton’s famous windmill, and finish off at Yes’ Pink Room in Manchester. Tickets for the tour are available now.
