Boardmasters Festival, celebrating its 36th year of hosting 5 days of sun, music, and surfing, has just this morning announced the first load of acts set to storm Watergate Bay in August.
Headlining the festival located in the depths of Cornwall are indie-pop royalty Two Door Cinema Club, taking control of the main stage on the Friday, the one and only ‘Space Cowboy’ Jamiroquai will be delivering some Saturday night funk, and dearly beloved folktronic trio alt-J will round off the weekend with a predictably electrifying set.
And as if those 3 headliners weren’t big enough for one of the best small festivals in the country, featuring over the 3 days will be that pesky punk duo Slaves, Wild Beasts, acoustic maestro Jake Bugg, and many, many more that you can check out over on the Boardmasters website!
Boardmasters Festival takes place at Watergate Bay in Cornwall, from Wednesday 9th August until August 13th. Tickets are available here.
