Starting off her musical career busking on the streets of Brighton, 2017 saw Lily Moore suddenly propelled on tour with Tom Grennan. Since then the 19-year-old has slowly refined her musical style, playing festivals such as Boardmasters, Barn On The Farm and The Great Escape.
Her debut track, ‘Not That Special’ is a brief tease of Lily’s upcoming first EP. Taking the form of an early Amy Winehouse track, ‘Not That Special’ is a remarkably captivating, city trodden yet uplifting track. Slowly rolling from bar to bar Moore’s debut track showcases her raw, unbridled talent, one that oozes with confidence.
With an EP scheduled for early spring, and forthcoming tours with George Ezra and Vance Joy kicking off this March, there’s no doubt that we’ll be hearing more from Lily Moore soon, but for now, we’ll just have to make do with ‘Not That Special’.
