elrow have announced their long awaited Scottish debut, bringing much-loved theme ‘Sambodromo de Brasil’ to Glasgow’s SWG3 for a fully immersive showtime spectacular.
Taking place across two rooms of music, ‘elrow Sambodromo de Brasil’ will cram the venue with their zany production, lively performers, bizarre props and excessive quantities of confetti. Also expect stilt-walking samba dancers and wild tropical beasts as lost explorers roam amidst the thick foliage and exotic jungle blossoms.
Each night of the jungle carnival themed event will see a headline back-to-back set from local hero Jackmaster, who’s been a driving force behind bringing elrow to his home town. Other huge names names include Denis Sulta, Jasper James and many more exciting artists.
Jackmaster‘s Sunday night sparring partner and regular cohort Jasper James said: “I’m really happy to be a part of elrow’s first visit to Scotland – having been to the elrow parties in Barcelona and Ibiza I can tell our crazy Glasgow crowd are going to have a belter.”
The event sold out in record time, with 75,000 fans reported to rush for tickets to the anticipated weekender on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th March 2017.
