After releasing their first album in over 5 years, the world’s best virtual band Gorillaz are taking their new material out for a spin.
With the lengthy tour kicking off in June, and the UK leg taking place in October, it’d only be right for the Damon Albarn/Jamie Hewlett curated four-piece to host a few warm-up parties.
Gorillaz played their incredibly anticipated comeback gig at Printworks in February, and have successfully recovered the stratospheric attention they had gathered with the release of platinum album Demon Days in 2005. We’re really not exaggerating when we say you’ve got to head down and see their spectacle of a live show.
In the run-up to their worldwide Humanz tour, the virtual band will be playing 2 intimate shows in June. Hosting a party in St Albans (2nd June) and Portsmouth (4th June), tickets go on sale Friday at 9am. Make sure you sign up beforehand for a unique code to access tickets here!
