Mad Cool Festival announces 31 new acts for 2018

Following on from the announcement of Pearl Jam as the festival’s first headliner, Mad Cool Festival has announced a massive 31 new names for its 2018 edition.

Leading the charge on the star-studded additions are Tame Impala and Franz Ferdinand, ready to take the festival circuit by storm once again next year they’re two acts not to be missed.

They’re joined by the fantastic Glass Animals, who are set to bring their trademark peanut butter vibes to Madrid, alongside Portugal, The Man, Frankie Cosmos, Jain, Bed Rugs, Haux, FIDLAR, Rival Sons, Gang Of Youth, Kaleo, The Last Internationale, The White Buffalo and Hurray For The Riff Raff.

Mad Cool 2018 will also see the festival lay new roots, with the reinforcement of the festival’s commitment to electronic music, seeing the likes of The Bloody Beetroots,  Maya Jane Coles,  Erol Alkan,  Sofi Tukker, Fatima Yamaha (pseudonym of the Belgian Bas Bron) and Polo & Pan take the stage at next year’s festival.

Rounding off today’s lineup additions is also Spanish rapper Kase.O, who leads the way for a round of Spanish speaking acts set to take the stage at Mad Cool 2018, including Maga, Modelo de Respuesta Polar, Niña Coyote eta Chico Tornado, Nuria Graham, Conttra and Agoraphobia.
