Moyka has dropped her ‘Spaces EP’, and a new single to go with

Releasing her second EP, Spaces, today, Moyka has unveiled her latest single ‘Kanazawa (Maybe We Don’t Have To Go There)’.

The heavily synth-driven track once again sees Moyka return to form with a huge, dancehall ready, pop track.

The song, titled after a city in Japan eplores the hopes and dreams lost when losing someone you planned your future with. Talking about the track Moyka says: “When you’re together with someone you create all these wishes and dreams to go and see places together,” she says, “and when you break up, all those things just fall away. Kanazawa is a symbol of all these places and dreams that fell away.”

‘Kanazawa’ accompanies the release of Moyka’s sophomore EP – Spaces. The EP sees the Norwegian singer deal with the loss of a longterm love. Featuring epic synth-scapes the EP is an infectious piece of scandi-pop.

Moyka’s Spaces EP is available to download and stream now.
