The National announced as first headliner for NOS Alive 2018

Kicking off the lineup for next year’s edition of Lisbon’s NOS Alive Festival, The National have been announced for the Portuguese festival.

Just coming off the tail end of their European tour, which saw them play their critically acclaimed album Boxer in full last night, The National have had a year like no other. Selling out four massive nights at Lonon’s Eventim Apollo the American indie rockers are set to bring one of their famously brilliant sets to Portugal this summer.

NOS Alive 2017 saw Depeche Mode, Foo Fighters, The Weeknd, Ryan Adams, Fleet Foxes, Savages, Bonobo, Floating Points, Peaches and many more brilliant acts take the stage with one of its biggest lineups yet. With The National, the first act announced for 2018 we’re sure this festival will be one of the highlights of the festival season once again.
