Mac DeMarco, having been touring for since the release of his latest album, My Old Dog, will have been, in many circles of festival goers around the world, one of the names to see during this year’s festival season. The feel-good “jizz-jazz” of his tunes and the magnetic presence and charisma that accompany him on any stage on which he sets foot has garnered him one of the most fervent sets of fans around in the short time period that his three albums cover. It was a similar story at Way Out West in Sweden this weekend, where the Canadian put on a show befitting the adoration he receives from his ever-growing fan base.
