Denmark’s Roskilde Festival has announced it’s first run of twenty-three names for 2022 including Dua Lipa, Tyler, The Creator, and Haim
As part of the festival’s long-delayed 50th Birthday celebrations, the trio of names, as well as St. Vincent, will be headlining it’s 2022 edition as the festival returns to the Danish city.
Elsewhere the festival will see Arlo Parks, Black Pumas, Fontaines D.C., IDLES, Moses Sumney, Poppy and more take on it’s stages across the weekend.

Taking place from the 25th June to 2nd July, organisers will be putting 5,000 tickets on sale this Thursday, 14th October. Made available initially at 11am local time to festival-starved people on the waiting list, any unsold tickets will be put on general sale at midday.
With two years of cancelled festivals to go behind, Roskilde have also decided to put 5,000 extra tickets on sale for any potential festival first-timers. Reserved exclusively for under 25’s, specifically people born after 3rd July 1997, the tickets have been made available so “festival can remain a place where young people can enjoy the special Roskilde community. It’s extra important in dire times like the present. The ticket price will be the same as normal Full Festival Tickets and will be available for purchase on 1 December at 12:00.” For more info on the Under 25’s tickets head over here.
