With the release of The 1975’s fourth album, Notes On A Conditional Form, pegged for release in February band have just announced that they’ll be postponing their European 2020 tour.
Originally scheduled to kick off in February, the band will now kick off the tour on October 3rd in Barcellona. On a statement on Dorty Hit’s Instagram, the label said: “Due to the time needed to complete the recording of the upcoming album ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’ we have made the decision to move The 1975’s EU tour from February 2020 to November 2020.”
Continuing the label said: “We understand that this will be a cause for upset but rest assured the delay will make for the best shows possible.”
All tickets for the original dates remain valid, with refunds available from the point of purchase if you cannot make the show.
Taking to twitter The 1975’s manager Jamie Oborne said that the band’s UK dates will remain unchanged.

Notes On A Conditional Form is set to be released via Dirty Hit in February 2020, with the release date currently remaining the same.
