Having tied off last year releasing their debut EP, Given Up, whenyoung are back with their latest track ‘Never Let Go’.
The guitar-pop driven track is a return to form to the Limerick via London three-piece. Working with producer Al O’Connell (The Big Pink, Superfood), ‘Never Let Go’ sees the enter a new, broader soundscape, creating a huge, multi-layered track in the process.
Talking about ‘Never Let Go’ singer Aoife explains: “It’s a song about mental health and hope.” “It’s a message to let people know that you can share your pain with others. It’s a reminder that someone is always there for you even in the darkest times. There is always a reason to not let go.”
whenyoung hit the road next month for a quick tour around the UK including shows in Manchester and Glasgow, finishing off with a night at London’s Elektroweks. A full list of tour dates can be found below.
